What you'll do
- Participates in client training, community outings, and house orientation.
- Replaces or reassigns staffing as needed.
- Facilitates staff problem solving and provides supervision.
- Coordinates accident/injury investigations.
- Implements personal intervention and crisis prevention.
- Assists with staff recruitment and reviews client progress.
