Senior Estimator

What you'll do

• Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and site logistics
• conduct project takeoffs
• prepare estimates and proposals
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• identify project risks and mitigation strategies
• provide value-engineering and design-assist input
• maintain bid schedules and opportunity tracking
• follow up with customers
• participate in post-bid interviews
• and assist with project handoffs.
