The In-House Tradesman, Residential Restoration role is onsite in Centerville, UT. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Paul Davis Restoration helps homeowners restore properties and regain peace of mind after damage. The tradesman completes daily field production for small to mid-sized residential restoration projects, helping return properties affected by fire, water, storm, or other damage to their pre-loss condition. The role combines repair and finishing work with quality checks, safe equipment use, and communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

• Install and repair drywall
• prepare surfaces and apply paint or other finishes
• install and repair trim and molding
• prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
• perform repairs to homes and buildings affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold
• inspect completed work and correct deficiencies
• maintain and properly use equipment and materials
• communicate with customers and team members.
