Property Manager — Self Storage

What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• open and close the office
• show and rent storage spaces
• answer telephone inquiries and assist tenants
• perform lock checks at least twice daily
• maintain the facility, hallways, and vacated spaces
• contact tenants about delinquencies and send scheduled letters
• perform minor property maintenance
• stock and sell locks and other merchandise as directed
• balance petty cash and reconcile deposits.
