The Infant Lead Teacher — EEC Certified role is onsite in Littleton, MA, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour and a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. The Learning Experience is seeking a teacher to lead an infant classroom and support early learning and development. The teacher provides individualized care, leads classroom routines and learning experiences, implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and observes and documents children’s development. The role also involves collaborating with Assistant Teachers, communicating with families, and maintaining a safe, clean, nurturing classroom while following Massachusetts EEC requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead daily infant classroom routines and learning experiences
- provide responsive, individualized care
- support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
- implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play
- observe and document development
- guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- communicate regularly with families
- maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, organized classroom
- follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
