The director leads operational and financial performance across multiple affordable and supportive housing communities while developing property managers and site teams. The role advances resident outcomes and housing quality through operational strategy, financial oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and trusted community partnerships.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and site teams
• oversee operations across an assigned portfolio
• set performance expectations and monitor occupancy, financial, compliance, and resident satisfaction goals
• conduct property visits
• partner on budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• analyze performance and recommend improvements
• build relationships with residents and community partners
• collaborate with Asset Management, Compliance, Maintenance, Resident Services, Finance, and Development.

Why this role
