Senior Bridge Inspector

What you'll do

• Lead monthly NBIS element-level inspections of bridges and other listed structures throughout North Carolina
• manage inspection and reporting phases and quality control
• instruct assistant team leaders and inspection staff and assign tasks
• document structure conditions and oversee reports
• structural analysis and load rating may be performed
• communicate findings and progress to clients
• perform fieldwork and travel, including use of inspection equipment such as ladders and small boats with assistance.
