This role configures, deploys, and optimizes secure Linux and Windows infrastructure, supporting mission-critical networks through system administration, security monitoring, compliance, and technical documentation.

What you'll do

• Configure servers, storage, and networking hardware onsite
• install and maintain rack-mounted equipment
• deploy Linux and Windows infrastructure and virtualized environments using Proxmox, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V
• apply system hardening, patching, logging, and backup strategies
• implement network monitoring
• automate tasks with Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• operate security platforms
• conduct vulnerability scans and remediation
• support incident response, audits, and compliance
• maintain technical documentation and present recommendations. TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification are required. Travel is listed as up to 10–20%.
