What you'll do

• Promote club events and memberships
• work toward food and beverage/event sales and profit goals
• help develop membership and event sales budgets and marketing plans
• implement programs to increase and retain events
• manage prospects and accounts in a sales database
• manage membership sales
• respond to inquiries, conduct tours and meetings, and sell events
• oversee event contracts
• help prospects plan special events
• coordinate event pricing and menus with managers
• schedule banquet functions and coordinate event execution
• prepare sales reports and member communications.
