What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• support meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• ensure client safety and proper use of assistive equipment
• document services according to agency policies
• promptly report changes in client condition, incidents, or concerns to the RN Supervisor
• maintain professional relationships and client confidentiality
• participate in supervisory and care-team processes as required.
