What you'll do

• Manage multiple construction projects from planning through closeout
• develop scopes, budgets, schedules, staffing, and resource plans
• review contracts and project documents
• monitor costs and profitability
• manage change orders, billing, and forecasting
• coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and logistics
• conduct site visits and review field records
• promote safety and quality
• communicate with clients
• lead coordination meetings and mentor field personnel.
