What you'll do

• Assist with meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands
• handle client funds for approved errands when authorized and supervised
• support written special diets
• escort clients to appointments and outings as specified in care plans
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with communication needs
• follow care plans and agency procedures
• report changes in client condition
• maintain daily activity and service-hour records
• attend training and staff meetings.
