What you'll do

• Support administrators with residence operations
• coordinate staff training, orientation, schedules, time-off requests, and payroll reporting
• liaise with facility staff and outside agencies
• coordinate home health, hospice, and ancillary provider visits and documentation
• perform medication administration record audits as recommended
• assist with service-plan updates and care conferences
• participate in quality-assurance activities.
