What you'll do

• Own Coupa system configuration and platform operations
• design approval workflows, spend controls, supplier structures, and onboarding frameworks
• maintain SOX alignment, segregation-of-duties controls, access governance, documentation, and audit artifacts
• translate business process designs into Coupa configurations
• coordinate SAP and enterprise-system integrations and resolve data issues
• triage incidents, coordinate vendors or AMS, and manage the system backlog
• coordinate monthly releases, impact assessments, testing, and defect resolution
• identify opportunities for workflow automation and improved user experience.
