What you'll do

• Transport, set up, install, test, troubleshoot, and dismantle audiovisual equipment
• perform wiring, programming, and basic construction according to diagrams and schedules
• maintain equipment inventory
• clean, maintain, and repair audiovisual equipment
• support Windows 11 and Microsoft Office users
• configure hardware and software
• maintain user accounts
• perform desktop and laptop break/fix repairs
• install software and updates
• support Wi-Fi, VPN, and wireless devices.
