The Used Car Sales Consultant role is onsite in Sumner, WA, with a commission-based annual pay range of $40,000–$160,000, dependent on sales performance. The consultant guides customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery, helping them select a suitable vehicle and understand its features and options. The role builds customer relationships, coordinates pricing and financing with the finance team, and works toward monthly sales goals.

What you'll do

• Greet and guide customers through vehicle selection from inquiry to delivery
• conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and options
• build and maintain a customer pipeline through follow-up and referrals
• coordinate pricing and financing options with the finance team
• maintain product knowledge of new and used inventory
• meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
