What you'll do

• Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of all sales staff.
• Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals by employee and for the department.
• Manage inventory to meet or exceed company standards.
• Foster teamwork within the department and with other departments.
• Prepare and administer an annual business plan for the sales department.
• Travel to customer locations to develop relationships.
