Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Macon, MO, paying $18–$28 per hour. SoaringHigh ABA provides compassionate services and supports providers as clients make progress. Under BCBA supervision, the RBT provides one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. The role implements individualized behavior plans, tracks progress, and supports communication, social interaction, and daily-living skills.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• collect session data
• assist with treatment goals
• support communication, social interaction, and daily-living skills
• collaborate with the treatment team and provide progress feedback
• use ABA techniques to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• maintain timely session notes and documentation.
