Group Lead — 3rd Shift

The Group Lead — 3rd Shift role is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. Starting pay is $30 per hour, with a $2-per-hour shift differential. Apex International manufactures over-the-counter personal care and household products. The group lead oversees daily production operations, supports employee development, and helps ensure production schedules, quality standards and safety expectations are met. The role contributes to efficient production through team leadership, quality and safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead daily production activities and shift meetings
• monitor workflow and address bottlenecks
• support employees on the production floor
• coordinate changeovers with Maintenance and Quality
• ensure cleaning, sanitation, GMP and safety procedures are followed
• maintain production records
• support product sampling and testing
• promote Lean practices and 5S
• coach and develop employees.
