What you'll do

• Train and develop kitchen staff
• provide feedback and conduct quarterly reviews
• work cook and shift-lead shifts in addition to management duties
• coordinate with the GM and AGM
• handle meetings, messages, and projects
• support kitchen operations and team coverage. Schedule is 35–40 hours weekly across floor and administrative work, with varied opening, dinner, closing, weekday, and weekend shifts
• late nights from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. are required once per week at State Street and Frances Street locations. Must complete food-safety certification within six months.
