What you'll do

• Perform store opening and closing procedures
• support inventory reconciliation and reporting
• train and onboard wellness advisors
• coach staff and escalate employee relations issues
• assign daily work
• reinforce compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• handle escalated customer concerns and complex product questions
• investigate cash, point-of-sale, or product discrepancies
• troubleshoot point-of-sale issues
• verify inventory and cash totals
• maintain marketing materials
• help maintain a clean and safe store.
