Senior Account Manager, Multifamily/HOA

What you'll do

• Manage and expand multifamily and HOA client relationships
• drive sales growth and increase the company’s footprint in MDU and HOA communities
• serve as the primary contact for account support, service coordination, and issue resolution
• identify client needs and communicate service updates
• coordinate with property managers, board members, and internal teams to support contractual commitments, retention, and satisfaction.
