What you'll do

• Accountable for delivering targets including Order Intake, Sales, Gross Margin, and EBITDA.
• Identifies organizational gaps and market opportunities.
• Prepares and delivers budgets and mid-term plans.
• Sets targets for management personnel and evaluates performance.
• Coordinates with VP Country manager.
• Ensures compliance with project management, procurement, and QSHE guidelines.
