What you'll do

• Provide individual and group evidence-based therapy in PHP and/or IOP settings
• assess patients at intake and determine appropriate level of care or external referral
• maintain treatment plans and documentation
• coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers
• report escalating clinical events and provide crisis care when necessary
• collaborate with the Medical Director
• follow HIPAA and regulatory documentation requirements
• contribute to clinical pathway and operational improvements.
