What you'll do

• Manage assigned pre- and post-operative services
• support standards development and monitoring, quality improvement, and efficient patient care
• help set area goals and manage resources
• maintain collegial relationships with physicians
• maintain assigned-area inventory as directed
• assist with recruitment, training, supervision, retention, and staffing
• participate in leadership committees as requested
• perform rapid nursing assessments, airway management, post-surgical nausea and pain management, IV care, wound care, patient education calls, and charting as assigned.

Why this role
