Human Resources Intern

What you'll do

• Assist with onboarding and orientation
• support HR communications
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• assist with engagement programs and surveys
• support performance management, talent reviews, and career development
• coordinate compliance training and records
• compile HR metrics and workforce analytics
• support organizational development and change initiatives
• assist with compensation and rewards projects and exit interview reporting
• handle general HR administrative tasks.
