The role contributes to patient-centered perioperative care through collaboration with surgeons and the intraoperative support team, clear communication, and shared accountability.

What you'll do

• Circulate and scrub for a range of high-acuity surgical cases, including trauma, cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, and robotic-assisted procedures. Work in partnership with surgeons and intraoperative support staff to provide patient-centered perioperative care. Maintain current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by Vermont
• an ADN is required and a BSN is preferred. Participate in required on-call coverage.

Why this role

Prior operating room nursing experience required. Current RN or recognized compact license required; ADN required and BSN preferred. Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, structured preceptorships, continuing education, and shared governance are noted.
