What you'll do

• Develop broker, law firm, and customer relationships
• review transaction materials and provide preliminary terms
• underwrite M&A transactions
• evaluate diligence and scope of representations
• engage outside counsel and specialist advisors
• draft and negotiate representation and warranty insurance policies
• monitor competitive conditions and product-line risks.
