The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Worthington, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Pay starts at $16 per hour. BrightStar Care provides one-on-one in-home care for a bedbound client in Worthington. The aide provides personal care and daily living support, helps maintain a safe and comfortable home, and follows the client’s individualized care plan. The role also includes observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition and completing required documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• provide bed baths and personal care
• assist with repositioning, mobility, and comfort
• perform light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
• maintain a safe, clean home
• observe and report changes in condition
• follow care plans and complete documentation.
