The Math Learning Center Administrator role is onsite in Bend, OR, with compensation of $50,000 per year. The stated schedule is Monday–Thursday, 1 p.m.–7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Mathnasium Learning Centers teach children math through the Mathnasium Method. The administrator supports daily center operations, student and parent service, and instructor scheduling. By coordinating communication, materials, progress reports, and staff tasks, the role helps the center deliver organized educational services to students and families.

What you'll do

• Provide educational services and explain program details to current and prospective customers
• manage instructor schedules
• build relationships with customers and address concerns
• communicate with parents, students, the Center Director, and instructors
• prepare student binder materials and send progress reports
• delegate appropriate tasks to lead instructors and instructors.
