Part-Time Accounting Assistant

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices
• manage the accounts-payable inbox and vendor communications
• use AP automation and assist with online payments when applicable
• review invoice documentation
• assist with monthly AP reconciliation and research discrepancies
• maintain AP records
• review employee expense reports and coding
• follow up on missing documentation
• maintain vendor records and portals
• collect vendor documentation
• support annual 1099 preparation
• escalate exceptions to the Accounting Manager.
