What you'll do

• Lead the Trust Department and execute its strategic plan
• oversee daily operations, policies, procedures, fee schedules, committee and board materials, and departmental budget
• administer complex personal trust, agency, estate, guardianship, conservatorship, retirement, and custody accounts
• manage client relationships and account reviews
• coordinate estate settlement and fiduciary accounting
• monitor investment activities and fiduciary risk
• coordinate audits and regulatory examinations
• develop referral relationships and strategies to grow assets under administration and department profitability.
