What you'll do

• Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash services
• provide other soft-touch services as needed
• consult with clients and document services
• capture before-and-after photos
• educate clients on aftercare and products
• maintain client records and treatment notes
• follow up 24–48 hours after services
• maintain treatment-room and spa cleanliness
• support front desk operations when needed
• attend required meetings and training
• represent the brand professionally on social media.
