What you'll do

• Prepare commercial loan documents using designated systems, primarily LaserPro
• review credit approvals and supporting documents
• identify and resolve missing or inconsistent information
• check fees, borrower details, collateral, and closing conditions
• coordinate pre-closing and closing activities
• order and track third-party documents
• support collateral verification and lien perfection
• review executed documents
• resolve exceptions
• maintain audit-ready files
• escalate documentation and collateral risks.
