What you'll do

• Lead clinical work across the assigned region and maintain an active family medicine practice in South Holland. Monitor quality measures
• lead peer review, chart audits, patient-safety initiatives, and sentinel-event reviews
• support regulatory readiness
• work with providers on engagement and development
• collaborate on recruitment, access, workflows, and patient experience
• and participate in regional planning and the Clinical Leadership Council. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required.
