What you'll do

• Set up and open the bar
• prepare ingredients, mixers, garnishes, and cocktails
• stock and organize supplies
• maintain a clean bar
• comply with liquor laws and responsible service standards
• take and serve food and beverage orders
• answer guest questions
• process payments
• support banquet service and event setup and breakdown as needed
• coordinate with culinary, banquet, and hotel operations teams.
