The Senior Project Manager – Mechanical & Process Piping is an onsite role based in Erlanger, KY. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the EGC Construction unit of Messer Construction Co. in delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects. This role exists to lead mechanical and process piping projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing project execution, maintaining strict schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery for clients in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What you'll do

• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle—from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead project planning, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee procurement, equipment buyout, and material tracking.
• Monitor progress to ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
