Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Durham, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour. The representative handles telephone orders and customer inquiries, processes order and authorization information, and resolves service issues. The role supports customer satisfaction by providing responsive assistance and recommending products that meet customer needs.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and faxes and take orders from physicians, referral sources, and customers
• enter orders into the computer system
• assist walk-in customers
• process authorizations and supporting documentation
• process support and sales incidents
• resolve customer complaints
• upsell and cross-sell to meet customer needs.
