What you'll do

• Lead and guide landscape workers before, during, and after projects
• prepare daily projects with the estimator
• execute landscaping projects including garden design, tree care, and tree or shrub removal
• perform planting, weeding, edging, and mulching
• coordinate with clients on-site
• ensure timelines and quality standards
• coordinate material orders and equipment readiness.
