The Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) — ENLIST role is onsite at USMEPCOM Headquarters in North Chicago, IL. Pay is $175,000–$210,000 per year. Nationwide IT Services supports the Enterprise Network for Lifecycle, Information Support, and Technology program for the United States Military Entrance Processing Command. The TOPM is the contractor’s single task order manager and authorized interface with government stakeholders, accountable for overall task order performance. The role directs contractor and subcontractor teams and coordinates staffing, schedules, quality, risks, reporting, and transitions to sustain mission services and address government priorities.

What you'll do

• Set work standards, assign schedules, supervise personnel and subcontractors, and communicate policies and goals
• coordinate kickoff, staffing readiness, transitions, security discussions, financial reporting, and action items
• maintain the Project Management Plan, Work Breakdown Structure, Integrated Master Schedule, risk and communications processes, and Quality Management Plan
• prepare monthly status reports
• lead technical and project status meetings and quarterly reviews
• track funding, spending, schedules, risks, and performance
• coordinate service levels and escalation arrangements for 24/7/365 support
• manage distributed personnel and key-personnel approvals
• lead transition-in and transition-out planning and knowledge transfer.

Why this role

Requires an active PMP or PgMP certification, at least seven years of task order program management experience, at least five years planning and executing complex IT projects, and an active Secret clearance. The position is contingent upon award and requires U.S. citizenship, CAC onboarding, and specified investigation requirements.
