It will deliver current- and future-state workflows, recommendations, and an execution timeline for CJCC leadership and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Interview stakeholders and analyze existing workflows
• map current-state access-control and audit processes within 15 days
• define target-state processes and recommendations within 30 days
• assess alignment with NIST, CJIS, or other security frameworks
• identify process gaps
• deliver a report with findings, recommendations, and execution timeline within 40 days
• present solutions to CJCC leadership and stakeholders.
