The Project Manager – Commercial Construction role is onsite in Roanoke, VA, with stated compensation of $90,000–$120,000 per year. What you'll do

• Develop and maintain construction plans and schedules
• coordinate internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• monitor project staffing and deliveries
• manage budgets and financial forecasts
• identify scope changes and prepare change-order pricing
• develop recovery plans when projects face safety, quality, or production issues
• supervise project work.
