What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• greet customers and direct them to appropriate services
• assist with digital banking tools
• open personal and business accounts
• resolve account servicing issues
• assess customer needs and make product recommendations and referrals
• participate in sales promotions and outbound calls
• balance daily work and follow operational, security, and control policies.
