What you'll do

• Open and close the front office
• prepare patient schedules and face sheets
• greet patients and visitors
• check patients in and out
• collect payments and balance the cash drawer
• provide visit summaries, receipts, and portal instructions
• complete paperwork
• verify insurance and identification
• update patient records
• manage no-show documentation and rescheduling
• and refer financial concerns to the appropriate staff.
