The Preschool Teacher – Support role is onsite in Franklin, MA, with pay of $18.00–$23.40 per hour. The role supports Cadence Education’s classroom programs and its mission to shape bright futures for children, families, and teams. Working under the School Director and Lead Teacher, the teacher supports daily classroom operations, curriculum delivery, safety, and licensing compliance. The role helps provide a nurturing environment responsive to children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs, including children with IEPs.

What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom where children are treated with dignity and care
• welcome children and families
• assist with individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, following IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• support the Lead Teacher with curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership
• follow safety and supervision procedures and document or report incidents
• assist with child behavior management
• attend required meetings, training, and professional development, which may occur outside scheduled hours.
