This temporary, part-time role connects the organization with the affordable housing community and coordinates activities and resources addressing residents’ social, educational, and economic needs. It supports resident engagement, community partnerships, and the delivery and tracking of on-site programs.

What you'll do

• Maintain a welcoming community-center presence
• create and post monthly activity calendars and weekly flyers
• oversee program offerings, recruit volunteers, solicit donations, and work with community partners
• log communications and donations
• share local resource information
• involve residents in program planning and communicate needs to personnel
• monitor and interact with children, adults, and seniors
• maintain sign-in sheets and monthly reports
• manage petty cash and supplies
• keep the community center and program records organized.
