What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications according to the five rights
• monitor residents for side effects and adverse reactions and report concerns
• maintain medication records
• assist nursing staff with routine care tasks as needed
• follow facility policies, regulations, and safety protocols
• explain medication procedures to residents
• participate in training and competency evaluations.
