What you'll do

• Develop and execute membership recruitment and retention strategies

• analyze engagement data and track metrics
• maintain member and donor records in CRM systems
• develop annual and mid-level giving strategies
• manage donor newsletters, personalized communications, and fundraising appeals
• meet with donors
• and coordinate engagement efforts with internal divisions and program teams.
