The paralegal supports a busy family law team through all stages of litigation, keeping cases organized and moving while preparing accurate legal work product. The role helps attorneys meet deadlines, manage case strategy, and provide effective client service.

What you'll do

• Manage cases from initial filings through trial preparation, tracking deadlines, court requirements, and milestones. Draft and review pleadings, discovery, financial disclosures, client declarations, and other case materials for attorney review
• analyze information, identify issues, and ensure accuracy and completeness. Support three attorneys by managing calendars, organizing case materials, communicating with clients, and coordinating with colleagues. Requires at least five years of family law paralegal experience in San Diego County, a paralegal certificate, and strong knowledge of San Diego County local rules.
