What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to approved menus and resident dietary needs
• document menu substitutions and expenses
• create weekly shopping lists and inventory supplies
• store and label food safely
• monitor meal service and resident feedback
• meet modified diet requirements
• assist residents with eating as needed
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and document food temperatures and menu records.
